Recap of the event 'Hydrogen as an Opportunity for SMEs'

We can look back at a successful event organized by the EMR H2 Booster project and hosted by the NEUMAN & ESSER GROUP. On the 26^th of April, we talked about ‘Hydrogen as an Opportunity for SMEs’. With some 50 participants, we discussed how SMEs can find their place in the hydrogen economy and which opportunities fully integrated, decentralized hydrogen systems offer to the industry.

Through two presentations, we gained insights into how companies can use their competences to expand their business in the context of hydrogen and learned more about the H2HS project, which focuses on a fully integrated, decentralized industrial H2-system based on renewables in the district Heinsberg. Afterwards, the participants were able to join a demonstration tour of the NEA plant.

The event finished off with a networking session and a subsequent virtual matchmaking opportunity.
